In case you’ve missed it — we’ve upgraded our site, so update your profile now so we can tailor your lead alerts better!
With the changes we made, you can now:
- opt out of receiving flight-only lead alerts
- indicate client location preferences
- select what a lead alert must contain
- tell us if you have a cruise line or airline preference
- highlight specific services you provide such as Villa Rentals or Airport Transfers
You can also view your transactions, provide feedback on the leads you’ve purchased, and view a list of lead alerts you’ve received.
We also now enable you to contact your leads once you make your purchase through a contact form. Our hope is that this will make it easier to contact your clients, and increase your likelihood of a response. We’ve heard from several agents who are not receiving responses from their emails to clients, and our hope is that this feature will make agents’ introductory communication more seamless and avoid your messages accidentally hitting a client’s bulk mail or spam folder.
