Tripology!

We are back up live, with the new improved Tripology.com.

What’s new for travel agents? Well, the information you’ll be getting in your lead alerts will be a whole lot more than it had been to this point. We expect that you’ll now know a lot more about what the customers are looking for.

We’ll now be collecting and passing along the following info in our lead alerts:

  1. purpose of trip request (are they looking for competitive price quotes or a travel planner?)
  2. planning stage (how close are they to booking?)
  3. budget range in dollar value

And we believe the site is more intuitive, and therefore, more travelers will proceed to submit trip requests instead of leaving the site confused.

We’ve taken Tripology.com down for a brief period of time, starting at approximately 7pm ET.

We’re installing our new improved version of the consumer site, which is going to be really cool!! We cannot wait to unveil it.
