Tripology!

Based on consumer feedback, we have found that consumers entering trip requests are looking for more than a quick email asking for their phone number and more trip information. We also asked the agents who have had success booking leads as well, and they let us know their initial emails to the customer provided informative trip ideas based on the trip information already provided, along with their personal introduction.

This seems to be the most successful type of response when it comes to getting consumers to respond back to your emails. So even if the trip request is vague, it might be helpful in your initial email to give a couple different inspiring destination ideas based on the information they already provided. You can then go on to explain that you can give more accurate and personalized service after you have spoken with them.

Consumers have also let us know they love reading the agents profiles so I recommend you login to look over your profile, complete the personal statement and add a photo as well.

We all know that first impressions are lasting impressions and with an informative/inspiring introductory email and a solid profile I think you will all get a better turn around with the leads.

New Lead Delivery Policies

Due to the large quantity of trip requests expiring prior to even most of you even being able to review them, we have decided to only send out leads Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am and 8 pm.

We will also observe the following upcoming holidays and refrain from sending out leads on:

Christmas, New Years, and Martin Luther King Jr. Day

We really appreciate all the feedback you have given so far and we want to assure you that we are working hard on making as many of the changes as we can for you. So, please keep your feedback and comments coming. We want this service to work for you!!!

Changes in the making:

Clarified Budget

The consumer trip request form will soon be updated so that consumers know that the budget they give should represent the budget for the whole group traveling, rather than per person.

Matcher Updates

We have updated our matcher so that you should now be receiving leads that are more relevant to the areas of specialization your profile indicates.

Leads should be much easier to purchase now too! We have slowed the matcher down to give each of you more time to review the trip requests sent to you and have a better chance of being one of the first three to click through to purchase.

Phone Numbers

The new consumer trip request form has had some updates which encourage the consumers to provide phone numbers as a method of contact. With these changes there has been a drastic increase in the number of consumers providing phone numbers with their trip requests.
